In the noisy market of Telegram forex signal trading channels, M15 Signals is another offering that bills itself as a source of trading ideas. This channel has been in existence since December 2018 and boasts that it has over 53,000 followers – quite reputable already. But taking a closer inspection at the free ideas that it disseminates will reveal that it is just another channel that doesn’t deliver well – typical of those that scam users by trying to tempt them to enroll in their VIP program instead.

The Free Signals You’re Getting: A Realistic Outlook
They claim to provide a free signal of either 0 or 1 daily, especially during the Asia and New York scenes. We performed a six-month test on their free predictions and got a remarkably low average winning rate of 28%.
One of the most controversial signal delivery styles is a big problem. They are sent along with not one but three levels of take profit targets and a rather big stop-loss.
A standard M15 Signals trading layout consists of:
NZD/USD
SELL 0.5846
TP 0.5826
TP 0.5796
TP 0.5746
SL 0.5996
What’s wrong with this approach:
As with many questionable signal providers, they offer three take profits. In this case, TP1 is only 20 pips with a stop loss of 150 pips. TP2 = 50 pips. Given the partial exits that are being used, a positive reward/risk ratio will only be achieved if the signal gets to TP3, which will happen very seldom. Only about 9% of the free signals will reach the third take profit, and 28% will reach the second take profit.

Risky and Unprofessional Risk Management
The actual performance is then hampered by very poor risk management practices. See this from one of their videos: Still running, Revised SL 1.3650, if yours closed, please re-enter.
When this occurs with a losing trade, near the price level of the SL, the SL can be moved, which greatly magnifies the level of the risk. The result of these SL movements was that a mere 20% of trades were preserved from loss, whereas for the remaining 80%, it resulted in a significant loss.
The VIP Claim and the Verdict
The most pivotal development Even with these weak free signals, the group boasts of having a VIP group with potential gains of 3000 net pips. However, this is most likely a scam, considering that there are more losing signals being re-labeled as winning ones. This is also probably true for the VIP group. It is likely that the entire system is aimed at using disgruntled members who receive poor signals through the free system.
Bottom line
M15 Signals provides some weak free forex trading setups and aggressively promotes the VIP service. It has a 28% win rate and an inaccurate TP/SL ratio that is not likely reached. The live trading system is also reckless (e.g. moving stops). There is no apparent face associated with the account. The account does nothing but teach. The VIP benefits have been overstated.
0/10 TRUST SCORE
Traders should not use the M15 Signals account and recommend accounts that teach.
