The Content and Strategy

Today, we are going to review Adam Trader Telegram channel.

Many of our subscribers found this group via Telegram Ads.

Having analyzed the feed of the group, we have noticed that there is a lot of educational material about making trades for Gold (XAUUSD). While 95% of gold channels that we have reviewed provide 0 guides or tutorials, this one makes them easy and interesting to use. Apart from free educational material, it provides free daily XAUUSD signals.

We have tested this channel with the help of our AI and the results are below.

The Signal Format and Performance Analysis

This channel only deals with scalping Gold (XAUUSD) during the London session. The signals are provided in a formatted manner, but the ratio of risk to reward is very unfavorable for the traders.

Please, see the signal format:

Gold Buy Now: 4156 - 4151

SL: 4146

TP1: 4161

TP2: 4266

A signal provider uses 40-50 pips entry zones and 2 TPs. It is using partial close strategy when TP1 is reached and SL is moved to the entry.

However, the mathematical reality of these signals is rather discouraging. We have back-tested each of the free forecasts during the last 6 months. The average winning rate is 37%.

Such a percentage of accuracy is not enough to break even. In case of 1% risk per trade, one will earn 0.75%, while most of the trades will be closed after TP1, giving 0.25%.

The Verdict: Why ADAM TRADER is a Scam

The channel claims high profitability and shows a lot of MT5 screenshots with profits. Unfortunately, these screenshots do not provide an actual situation.

Copying and pasting the trades of this group, one will definitely lose money.

The low winning rate (37%), huge number of subscribers and disproportionally low amount of views (bots usage is very likely), absence of the information about the trader who is providing the signals – all of that makes this channel extremely suspicious. The educational material seems to be a part of a marketing strategy for a paid premium channel.

Conclusion

Although this channel provides some educational material, the main service of the channel – the trading signals is quite mathematically incorrect and cannot bring any profits. You may consider the educational materials of this channel but don't follow the signals.
