The Scam Exposed: The Analysis and Red Flags
During this week, we tested Vance FX free gold signals channel on Telegram. The presence of many red flags and the bad results of backtesting provide the proof of this group being just another scam.
1. The False Subscriber Count
15,494 subscribers, but only 1,000 subscribers on each post prove that most of the subscribers are just fake accounts or bots.
2. The "Win Rate" Lie
Our AI backtesting of the free forecasts in the last 6 months shows only 32% of winning trades on TP2. It is far less than what this channel claims.
3. The Risky Reward-to-Ratio
The specific example of signal above demonstrates another scam trick of these people. 50 pips wide entry zone, 100 pips stop loss and TPs 50 and 100 pips respectively – that is how it works.
Once TP 1 is reached, the trade provides the return of 0.5%, while the risk per trade is equal to 1%. It means that the trader risks more than he wants to earn. A trader may win frequently, but the losses exceed the wins and the result is negative expectancy.
4. The "Smokes and Mirrors"
This is the strategy used by this signal provider to impress the naive newbie traders who do not understand the trading basics, like risk-to-reward ratio.
The group claims 100% daily accuracy, but it is far away from reality. The group owner is always lying and exaggerating the results, hiding the real losses from the audience.
Conclusion and Verdict
Although the channel owner shows himself in videos in order to appear trustworthy, the numbers lie. Such combination of the above mentioned elements allows us to come to a conclusion.
The purpose of this trading system is not to earn any money from the signals, but to attract customers to buy the VIP version of the channel. Vance FX is not a trading tool which can be used for earning money, it is just a marketing funnel to take money from novice traders.
0/10 TRUST SCORE
Verdict: SCAM. Do not trust the signals and do not pay for the VIP version of the channel.
