There are hundreds or even thousands of channels on Telegram that promise "100% winning rate" and "high accuracy trading signals". Unfortunately, many beginners and even professional traders end up following channels that do not offer anything of value at all.

In this article, we are going to conduct the in-depth review of GoldViewFX Telegram channel. The channel has been active since November 2021 and boasts a medium-size audience of 13,913 subscribers and decent level of engagement, however, our backtesting and analysis of this channel prove that it is not worth your attention at all.

The goal of this article is to present the reader the clear information about GoldViewFX operations, the quality of their free signals, and explain why we consider this channel a low-trust source of information for trading.

Review & Analysis

1. An Illusion of "Trading Signals"

After subscribing to GoldViewFX, one might expect that he will get there the trading signals that will help him to open profitable trades. However, our analysis proves that you will never see any trades with Entry/SL/TP there.

Real signal provides you with the full plan of attack (Entry Price, Stop Loss, Take Profit). GoldViewFX avoids such responsibility, forcing its subscribers to guess the entry point to the trade based on some unclear drawings.

2. A Template of Ambiguity

If you will look through the posts of GoldViewFX, you will notice that the analysis is usually presented without any words, just showing you some chart and drawing on the price chart that does not give you any clue about what they mean.

Even when the analysis is presented in the text form, it is written in a very ambiguous way in order to justify any movement of the price.

The analysts of GoldViewFX channel use the special template with Unclear IF-Then statements in combination with strange mapped zones, making it extremely hard to understand their ideas even for professionals. Such approach is typical for low-trust channels; they create the sentences in such a way that no matter what happens on the market, they will always be able to say that they were "right".

3. The Problem of the Bullish Bias

One of the most harmful things about this channel is the psychology of their traders.

However, what makes the analysis of these traders even more useless is the continuous bullish bias of their traders no matter what happens on the market.

As our analysis shows, even though Gold fell considerably from the level of its All-Time High, this channel considers every minor rise of the price as the sign of bullish price movement. Such attitude is extremely harmful. Good analyst is neutral, constantly changing his bias based on the price action and market structure. GoldViewFX channel seems to have the permanent bullish bias that will sooner or later cause significant losses to those traders who are following their "long" recommendations.

4. Performance Metrics: The Proof is in the Backtest

We backtested each of free forecasts of GoldViewFX channel for the last six months.

Average Winning Rate: 35%

It is extremely low win rate, meaning that the analysis that they are providing is giving no edge to the subscriber whatsoever. On top of that, with the average number of views of 1,300 per each post (and we are pretty sure that it includes some fake subscriptions), this channel is creating the illusion of its success and authority.

Conclusion: Our Final Verdict

Is GoldViewFX worth your attention? Definitely not.

If you are trading or scalping XAUUSD currency pair, then do not spend your time on analyzing the signals of GoldViewFX. This channel will confuse you instead of helping you.

With the combination of low win rate (35%), absence of any Entry/SL/TP signals, permanent bullish bias, and posting approach based on ambiguity instead of clear analysis, we classify this channel as a low-trust one.

Community gives pretty useless analysis of XAUUSD on different time frames. The existence of the paid Premium channel without any history of profitable free signals is raising red flags as well.
